We’ve organised excursion tours for more than 50+ colleges and 19,000+ students across destinations in India and abroad over the past 7+ years, alongside 900+ family group tours.

Our domestic specialisation spans Himachal Pradesh, Rajasthan, Kerala, Karnataka, Uttarakhand, Maharashtra, Silvassa, and Goa. Internationally, we’re well-versed in Dubai and Thailand, and are actively expanding our international offerings.

Beyond multi-day tours, we arrange one-day outings, camping, and treks for all age groups — customised to your institution’s curriculum, budget, and schedule.

What sets us apart from Mumbai- and Pune-based operators who treat local visits as an afterthought under bigger packages: being based in Kalyan (West) means we can run same-day industrial visits across the Kalyan-Ambernath-Dombivli-Taloja-Bhiwandi MIDC belt at a cost and turnaround time that operators further from the belt simply can’t match. For colleges that need a mandatory, low-cost, no-overnight-stay industrial visit, that’s the gap we built this business around.

Every trip — one-day or multi-day — follows the same process: we confirm the host company or destination, handle permission coordination, brief students on safety before departure, staff the trip with an on-ground coordinator, and issue a post-visit certificate or report your institution can use for academic records.

FAQ

Common questions

Who is behind EduTourIndia?

EduTourIndia is the industrial-visit and educational-tour brand of Trusty Travels, operating out of Kalyan (West) since 2016.

Do you only work with colleges, or schools too?

Both — industrial visits and study tours for engineering, MBA, pharmacy, commerce, and architecture colleges, plus one-day picnics and excursions for schools from primary through junior college.

How do you coordinate permissions with host companies?

We liaise directly with each host company or institution ahead of the visit date, confirm group size and access level, and reconfirm closer to the trip — this is handled entirely on our end, not the institution's.

What happens if a planned company is unavailable on the visit date?

We keep a backup unit in the same belt or category ready, so a single company's scheduling change doesn't put the whole trip at risk.
